
A light body beer with a watered down malt profile. This was a small batch collected from saved wort. A Mild, a Kolsch, and a Dusseldorf was mixed onto keg dregs. No gravity was taken. I keg hopped and would bottle if it came out well. The beer came out drinkable but less than outstanding.

Conventional wisdom: never dump a beer, give it time, let it age.
Three months later — bad beer is bad beer!
