More Time Clear Beer

Kegged 5 weeks ago and cold conditioned for 2 weeks the beer is starting to clear. This is the my cleanest brew to date. I usually drink them before they can clear. However this Kolsch is approaching 8 weeks and it's getting better each week.

The chill haze you see disappears when the beer is room temperature. I plan to keep it cold for even better clarity. During the next brewday I'll practice a longer protein rest giving the enzymes more time to work.
